Vulcanizing tanks are divided into: direct steam vulcanizing tanks, electric steam vulcanizing tanks, electric heating air vulcanizing tanks (electric dry burning vulcanizing tanks), and indirect heating vulcanizing tanks (steam indirect heating, heat transfer oil indirect heating)

Application of Rubber vulcanizing autoclave:

1. Direct steam vulcanizing tank: The external boiler steam enters the vulcanizing tank for heating and pressurizing, and the tank itself does not have a heating function. It is mainly used in the rubber roller, rubber hose, and cable industries. It can vulcanize various ordinary rubbers and silicone rubber. Peroxide vulcanization systems require special attention, and equipment varies.

2. Electric heating air vulcanizing tank: using a special 304 stainless steel electric heating tube, it has fast heating and long service life. This design can effectively save electricity and reduce the cost of vulcanization. It is mainly used for vulcanizing canvas shoes and rubber shoes.

3. Electric steam vulcanizing tank: In the tank, steam is generated by heating water with an electric heating tube to vulcanize the product. The specially made stainless steel flange electric heating tube has fast heating and long service life. For customers without external steam sources, this heating method can be selected.
