The equipment adopts a sulfurization method of hot air circulation. Stainless steel electric heating tubes are arranged in a regular pattern on the left, right, and lower sides inside the tank. The high-temperature fan evenly disperses the heat from back to front through a temperature circulation plate, and the heat is pushed back to the fan guide cover after reaching the tank door. The air gathering guide cover promotes more uniform circulation and diffusion of heat inside the tank, optimizing thermal circulation and conduction efficiency. The heat circulates back and forth inside the tank, forming a uniform temperature field with uniform temperature and no dead corners, and constant pressure. Solved the problem of inconsistent product quality caused by uneven temperature and pressure inside the tank. After setting the work program, the control system performs automatic heating, insulation, vulcanization, and other tasks. After vulcanization is completed, the power is automatically turned off and an audible and visual prompt is issued.

Composition of vulcanization tank system:
1) Door opening system
a) According to user needs, manual door opening or hydraulic door opening can be selected.
b) The flange is forged and formed to meet the standard requirements.
c) Silicone rubber sealing ring (resistant to high temperature of 210 degrees), capable of withstanding the maximum working pressure and temperature of the vulcanization tank.
2) Heating method: steam
Steam enters from the bottom of the tank, and a steam inlet is installed at the bottom of the tank. The inlet is automatically controlled by a pneumatic angle seat valve. The steam diffusion tube is arranged at the bottom of the tank, and the steam small holes (divided into 4mm and 5mm) in the diffusion tube are densely arranged according to certain rules and inclined angles to ensure that the temperature of the steam enters the tank and spreads evenly to the surrounding areas, preventing uneven steam diffusion and uneven product heating caused by direct steam heating. The temperature inside the vulcanization tank is uniform without dead corners.
3) Safety Chain
a)、 Manual interlock: Only when the manual interlock valve is closed during operation, can the tank be stamped. Otherwise, the manual interlock valve is connected to the outside of the tank, and pressure cannot be formed inside the tank. When opening the door, the manual interlock must be turned on, otherwise the can door cannot be rotated or opened. Ensure that the tank door can only be opened in a pressure free state.
b)、 Pressure automatic safety interlock: A set of pressure automatic interlock device is installed at the top of the tank door. When the pressure inside the tank reaches 0.01mpa, the suspension interlock will automatically float up and lock the tank door. As long as there is pressure inside the tank, the tank door cannot be opened to prevent safety hazards caused by workers' misoperation.
4) Insulation method
50mm aluminum silicate insulation cotton is laid on the outer side of the cylinder, and 1.5mm cold-rolled plate is used for insulation protection, with anti-corrosion coating on the outside.
5) Sealing method
The tank door is equipped with a flange inflatable silicone sealing ring, which is automatically inflated and sealed by compressed air during operation. The air pressure inside the tank pushes the sealing ring out of the groove. As long as there is pressure inside the tank, the tank door will not leak out, and the higher the pressure, the better the sealing. When opening the door, release the air to release the pressure inside the sealing groove, and the sealing ring automatically returns to the flange sealing groove. The inflatable sealing design makes the sealing ring less prone to wear, convenient and versatile, easy to maintain, and the sealing effect is significantly better than other methods. The sealing ring has a long service life.
