Wood dyeing autoclave

Wood dyeing autoclave

Wood dyeing autoclave is a special container that seals the dye and wood inside, and uses pressure and temperature to allow the dye to penetrate into the fibers of the wood, thereby achieving the dyeing effect. This dyeing method not only makes the color of the wood more uniform, but also does not affect the texture and structure of the wood.

In addition, the dyeing jar can also dye various shapes of wood, including circular, square, long strip, etc., and the dyeing effect is also very natural and beautiful.

Principles of Wood Dyeing:

Wood is a heterogeneous capillary material composed of cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin. Wood fibers contain abundant hydrophilic groups such as hydroxyl (- OH), carboxyl (- COOH), and other atomic groups. The dye diffuses through the wood capillary channel with the aqueous solution, passes through the wood cell wall, and settles on the fiber surface to dye the wood. Dyes used for wood dyeing can be divided into acid dyes, alkaline dyes, direct dyes, and reactive dyes.

Technical parameters of high-pressure wood dyeing tank:

1. Equipment pressure: -0.1~4.0MPa

2. Vacuum degree: 0~-0.098MPa

3. Design temperature: 0-180 degrees Celsius

4. Working medium: water-soluble anti-corrosion, flame retardant, dyeing agent.

5. Equipment material: High temperature and high pressure resistant carbon steel, stainless steel.

6. Control mode: Three options are available: fully automatic control, semi-automatic control, and manual control.

7. Door opening methods: hydraulic door opening, manual quick opening, and electric door opening are available for selection.
